Commit to self-care
If you don’t do well with not having structure in your life, put up your hand. You are not alone: many find it difficult to exercise, and especially from home.
Physical movement may help balance emotions as well which can be intense for many during stressful times. Take control of your health and feel empowered.
Having someone to be accountable to can make all the difference. If beliefs stand in your way, or kids, dogs or sabotage, there is still a way to help you put yourself first, even if it's only 15 mins a day, to take care of you.
Rachel can coach and motivate you to commit to self care through getting active. She will create your own individualized fitness program, virtually and without the need for an in-person consultation, or motivate you by putting a plan in motion to commit to your current fitness routine of your choice.
Rachel is a life coach and has a Kinesiology degree. She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and is passionate about helping others get fit and active from home or outdoors. Rachel currently is certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor and also offers guided meditations.
